Arterial and venous conditions define the scope of our vascular surgery in Ajman service. We assess peripheral artery disease, carotid artery disease, aneurysms, deep vein thrombosis, chronic venous insufficiency and diabetic vascular complications. The same service also covers acute or chronic limb ischaemia, renal and mesenteric artery disease, vascular malformations and circulatory problems affecting the limbs.
Depending on the condition, care may involve monitoring, medical therapy, endovascular treatment or open surgery. Duplex ultrasound, CT angiography and MR angiography provide diagnostic support across the vascular pathway.
