Dr. Santosh completed his MBBS and Master of Surgery from SMS Medical College, Jaipur, India. He followed it with M.Sc. from University of Salford, UK. He attained his FRCSE (Surgical Neurology) from Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, UK.
As Consultant Neurosurgeon he has 30 years of experience of working in hospitals in UK, India and UAE (Tawam Hospital, Al Ain, as Head of Neurosurgery Division, Mafraq Hospital and NMC Healthcare).
Dr. Santosh has performed major cranial and spinal surgeries in his career. Along with his team, he has successfully performed neurosurgical separation of Pagopagus Twins at Mafraq Hospital. With a vast experience he is able to offer latest and optimal neurosurgical services to majority of patients of all age groups from infants to the elderly.
Dr. Santosh is a member of Emirates Neuroscience Society, Neurological Society of India and Associate Member of AANS.
He has done commendable research in the field of Hydrocephalus and wrote a thesis on ‘Hydrocephalus shunt implant failure towards the Degree of ‘Master of Science’ from University of Salford, UK.
He has a number of international publications, articles and scientific presentations to his credit.
