Following this, he became a Neurology and Psychiatry Resident at General Health Insurance Hospitals, under the Ministry of Health in Egypt in 2014.

In 2016, Dr. Fouad joined the Air Force Specialized Hospital as a Neurology Resident, where he served until 2017. He then worked as a Neurology Specialist at Ain Shams University and the Air Force Specialized Hospital until 2019. In 2019, he moved to Saudi Arabia and continued his practice as a Neurology Specialist at Saudi German Hospital in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

In 2022, Dr. Fouad moved to the UAE and continued his career as a Neurology Specialist at a private hospital in Abu Dhabi. Dr. Fouad’s leadership in stroke medicine has been remarkable, founding multiple stroke care programs in Egypt.
