Dr. Alnakshabandi graduated from Mosul Medical College - University of Mosul in 1993. After completing his residency in Otolaryngology, he earned the fellowship of the Iraqi and Arabic Board in 1999. He then moved to the UK and Ireland, obtaining full registration with the GMC with a license to practice and completing his MRCSI-ENT. Since 2004, he has been practicing as an Otolaryngologist Abu Dhabi, delivering expert care in the field.

From 2006 to 2020, he served as a consultant ENT and held leadership roles as the quality director and medical director at SEHA (Tawam Al Ain Hospitals). Following this, he moved to Dubai and joined Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group in Dubai Healthcare City as an ENT consultant in Abu Dhabi and medical director.

From 2006 to 2020, he served as a consultant ENT and held leadership roles as the quality director and medical director at SEHA (Tawam Al Ain Hospitals).
