Dr. Mona has an experience of 14 years as a family physician with a 4-year stint as a General Practitioner practicing in the UAE. She can treat patients of all ages from pediatrics through geriatrics. She has worked as General Practitioner in Primary Healthcare Center in Egypt until 2008 and Obstetrics and Gynecology resident in Hamad Medical Corporation Women’s Hospital in Qatar.
Dr. Mona El Damati has obtained her M.B.B.S from Government Medical College, Ain Shams University, Egypt in December 2004. Later, she obtained Professional Diploma in Healthcare Quality Management from the Arab Institute for Continuing Professional Development (AICPD) in 2013. She completed her Master of Science in Family Medicine in May 2013 from Ain Shams University, Egypt and her MRCGP (International) from the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2017. Also, she is BLS, ACLS, PALS and ITLS Certified.
Dr. Mona’s areas of interest include women’s health, hypertension, asthma, diabetes and hyperlipidemia.
