Dr. Amr Osman is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with more than 15 years of experience in orthopaedic surgery, specializing in joint replacement, sports medicine, arthroscopy, and trauma management. He has extensive expertise in the surgical treatment of knee and hip disorders as well as sports-related injuries, and has performed thousands of orthopaedic procedures, including a high volume of knee and hip joint replacements and knee arthroscopy.
Dr. Osman obtained his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Damascus and completed his specialist training in Orthopaedic Surgery at Damascus Hospital. He is certified by the Arab Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He further advanced his training through fellowships in Joint Replacement and Revision Surgery at the Tarabichi Center for Joint Replacement in Dubai, and Sports Medicine at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Germany. He also holds a Diploma in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound from UCAM, Spain, and completed additional joint replacement training in Solothurn, Switzerland.
Dr. Osman is actively involved in academic and scientific research with more than 15 peer-reviewed publications and presentations at major international meetings including ISTA, ESSKA, WAC, and ICJR. He is a member of several leading orthopedic societies including ESSKA, AAOS, AO Foundation, and ISTA, and serves as Faculty and Board Member of the Scientific Committee for ICJR Middle East. He is known for his precision in minimally invasive surgical techniques, evidence-based practice, and patient-centered care.
