Stefano Sartoretti

As Chief Financial Officer, Stefano Sartoretti leads NMC’s overall financial activities, as well as its financial and operating strategy implementation and performance.
Stefano is a recognised senior finance executive with global experience across Latin America, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. He was most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo Foods North America (Frito-Lay and Quaker), and prior to that, held a decades-long career at PepsiCo, where he was responsible for 40 countries in the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.
With a strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis, Stefano has effectively implemented new systems and processes to drive automation and process harmonisation. He also implemented and managed control processes and policies across a multitude of businesses and regions, consistently retaining a high-quality controlled environment.
Stefano holds an MBA, Banking and International Finance, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA; and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Commerce and Accounting from LUISS University, Italy.
