James is a seasoned legal and compliance executive with over two decades of experience driving strategic growth, mitigating risk and delivering high-impact legal and commercial outcomes across multiple industries.
Jim has held many senior leadership roles, including Group General Counsel, Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, Corporate Secretary and Regional Chief Executive Officer in multinational organisations. He has successfully led and mentored legal and compliance teams across multiple continents, negotiated countless complex high-value contracts, restructured operations, enhanced governance frameworks and consistently aligned legal functions with revenue generation and business objectives.
Jim holds a Master of Liberal Arts (MLA) from Southern Methodist University and a Juris Doctor (JD) cum laude from Indiana University—Bloomington, USA. He is licensed to practice law in the United States (Texas, New York, and Wisconsin) and is a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales.
