Frank Delisi
Senior Vice President Operations – Abu Dhabi Region
Frank Gabriel DeLisi is the Senior Vice President – Operations at NMC Healthcare, with over 30 years of extensive experience in strategic leadership roles in private, non-profit and public hospital settings. He was the Group Chief Operating Officer at Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) before joining NMC.
He has a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA, 1984) and a Bachelor of Science Degree (BS, 1981), both from the University of Pittsburgh. He began his career as a Hospital Vice President in 1985 and assumed his first hospital CEO post in 1993.
Prior to SEHA, he served as CEO at an inner-city 354-bed community hospital in Washington, D.C and at a 420-bed community safety-net hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He also served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at an 829-bed teaching and academic quaternary hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
He has also held senior roles such as President/CEO and regional administrator in a multitude of profit and non-profit organizations, including concurrent oversight of 21 facilities in multiple states. DeLisi had previously led several successful transformations that yielded positive outcomes. He is bottom-line driven and keeps the staff motivated through a value-driven culture focused on superior customer service and by demonstrating effective clinical outcomes.
