Dr. Zaka Ullah Khan

Dr Zaka is a physician executive with over 30 years of practice and global healthcare leadership roles, and broad expertise in patient safety, quality improvement, clinical governance, clinical audit, research, and teaching.
Dr Zaka is also an experienced orthopaedic surgeon and was most recently the Senior Corporate Medical Director at Mediclinic Middle East.
Over the course of his career, Dr Zaka has successfully managed multi-disciplinary, multi-national teams in high pressure and challenging work environments. He has a track record of providing strategic medical leadership and advice to operational leadership teams while leading the formation and implementation of clinical strategies. He has spent his career prioritising patient-centred approaches, clinical governance, and health and safety to deliver excellent clinical outcomes.
Dr Zaka holds a Fellowship of the Royal Colleges of Surgeons Glasgow (FRCS), an FRCS (Tr. & Orth.) from the Intercollegiate Board in Orthopaedic Surgery, UK, and an MBA from Strathclyde Business School, Scotland.
