Charlotte Riondet
Senior Vice President - Operations (Dubai & NE Region)
Charlotte has over 20 years of experience in healthcare management which she has gained managing private hospitals in both France and the UAE. Charlotte started her career as a financial auditor with PwC where she gained extensive experience in finance, operations, and restructuring.
She turned her sole focus to the healthcare sector in 2011 when she was appointed as CFO for a 450-bed private hospital in France. She moved to the UAE in 2015, where she joined City Hospital, Mediclinic Middle East’s flagship hospital in Dubai. In 2018 she was appointed as COO of King’s College Hospital London, a new hospital venture which she helped to commission.
Charlotte has a strong ability to streamline business processes, drive efficiency and generate profits, while being an excellent leader and developer of employees.
She holds a BA from Grenoble Business School in France and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Georgia Institute of Technology in the USA.
