Christian Digemose

Christian Digemose is a Managing Director at Newstate Partners where he specializes in advising on a vast array of sovereign and quasi-sovereign financial matters. He also acts as a consultant to hedge funds, bondholders, financial institutions, secondary market investors and creditor committees in relation to their distressed debt and special situation investments.
Mr. Digemose has almost two decades of industry experience as a financial advisory professional. In the past he held the position of Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey across the firm’s sovereign, corporate restructuring, and financial services practice areas, advising both debtors and creditors on special situations, financial restructuring, distressed M&A and valuation transactions. He is also Chairman of the Board of LBI (formerly Landsbanki) and has previously served as a member of the board of several companies including Intelsat, Food Delivery Brands Group (formerly Telepizza Group), Lecta, Solidal Holdco, Abengoa group companies, and VCG Holdings.
Mr. Digemose holds a BA in International Business Management from the University of Miami.
Christian chairs the Operations & Quality Committee and sits on the Corporate Finance Committee as part of his NMC Board responsibilities.
