Dr Sreenath completed his MBBS in 2009 from Government Medical College Calicut, Kerala, India. He further advanced his medical education by obtaining his MS in General Surgery in 2015 from the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, India. He went on to earn his MCh in Neurosurgery in 2018 from Government Medical College, Thrissur, Kerala, India. In 2019, he was awarded the DNB in Neurosurgery from the National Board of examinations, securing first rank and receiving the prestigious President’s All India Gold medal.
In 2021, Dr Sreenath completed a Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Brain and Spine Surgery at Aditya Super Speciality Hospital & Trauma Center.
He is a Member of The European Association of Neurosurgical Societies (EANS), National Academy of Medical Sciences (MNAMS) and Neurological society of India (NSI), and Neuro Spinal Surgeons Association (NSSA),among others.
Dr Sreenath played a key role in establishing the Department of Neurosurgery at IQRAA International Hospital and Research centre, a high-volume tertiary care center in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. He previously served as Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon and Head of the Neurosurgery Department before joining NMC Specialty Hospital Al Ain as a Consultant Neurosurgeon.
