His approach to patient care is patient-centred, evidence-based, and individualised. He believes effective sports medicine goes beyond treating an injury—it involves understanding the individual, their goals, lifestyle, expectations, and functional demands. He emphasises clear communication, shared decision-making, patient education, active rehabilitation, and appropriate exercise, while avoiding unnecessary investigations and interventions whenever possible.
His goal is to empower patients to understand their condition, actively participate in their recovery, and return safely to the activities that matter most to them—whether competitive sport, work, fitness, or everyday life.
