Dr Sana is a Specialist Paediatrician with over 4 years of clinical experience in the United Arab Emirates. She completed her medical degree at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI Bahrain) and underwent her residency training in Paediatrics at Al Qassimi Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Sharjah, a major tertiary care centre where she gained extensive experience in general paediatrics, neonatology, and paediatric emergencies.
She holds dual board certification in Paediatrics, including the Arab Board of Health Specializations and the National Institute of Health Specialties (Emirati Board) certification. She has also completed the Professional Diploma in Infectious Diseases from the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland (RCPI), strengthening her clinical focus in infectious diseases.
She is proficient in managing a broad spectrum of general paediatric outpatient and inpatient cases. She is committed to continuous professional development and has actively contributed to clinical governance through quality improvement projects and audits. Her academic work includes peer-reviewed publications and presentations at national and international conferences, aimed at enhancing child health outcomes.
