Dr Pawan completed his MBBS from Nagpur University, India, in 1998, followed by a Master of Surgery (M.S.) in Orthopaedics from Rajiv Gandhi University, India, in 2000, and a Master of ChM (Orthopaedics) from the University of Dundee, United Kingdom, in 2003.
With nearly 25 years of clinical and surgical experience, Dr Pawan is a highly accomplished Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and traumatic injuries. Throughout his career, he has successfully performed more than 2,000 complex orthopaedic procedures across the Gulf region, including joint replacement surgeries, arthroscopic procedures, spine surgeries, fracture fixation, deformity correction, and nerve and tendon repair. He is committed to delivering evidence-based, ethical care with a strong focus on achieving optimal patient outcomes.
Dr Pawan has also held several senior leadership positions in leading healthcare institutions across India and the UAE, serving as Head of Department and Medical Director. His administrative expertise includes hospital operations, clinical governance, quality management, staff development, and accreditation processes, including Joint Commission International (JCI) standards.
