Ms Sakthi Subitha has over 7 years of experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitation – handling outpatients, inpatients, chronic pain rehabilitation, sports injury cases and conducting antenatal and postnatal sessions.
Ms Sakthi received bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from The Tamil Nadu Dr M.G.R Medical University, India in 2009. She completed Master of Physiotherapy in Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal degree in 2012 at the same institution.
Ms Sakthi specialises in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal cases, pain management, sports injuries, soft tissue mobilisation, post-operative rehabilitation and a special interest in geriatric rehabilitation.
A certified manual therapy practitioner, Ms Sakthi is experienced in spine manipulation and peripheral joint mobilisation and is well-versed in latest techniques of physiotherapy and patient care.
She holds diploma in acupressure and incorporates the practice in the treatment protocol of chronic pain cases. She is a certified Dry Needling Practitioner from Club-Physio Dry Needling Institute, UK.
Being an exponent of yoga, she has experience in conducting programs like ‘Wellness at Workplace’ and ‘Health and Lifestyle’.
