
Ms. Hafilah Kallingalakath has completed her Bachelor in Physiotherapy from JDT College of Physiotherapy, Calicut University, Kerala, India in 2011.
Ms. Hafilah’s work experience in the field of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation spans for more than 7 years in the Middle East and India. She started her career as a Physiotherapist at Modern Physiotherapy Clinic, Tirur, Kerala, India. In 2016, she moved to the UAE to work for large private hospitals.
Ms. Hafilah is well-versed in managing out-patient and in-patient cases in various conditions, assessment of patient conditions to diagnose and design exercise programs that involve strengthening and stretching bone and muscle groups, breathing and relaxation techniques including performing spinal and peripheral joint mobilization. She has extensive expertise in pain management, post-operative stiffness, arthritis, post- and pre-natal muscle strength training, neurological rehabilitation, geriatric rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, and sports injuries. Ms. Hafilah’s areas of expertise include musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and neurological conditions; stroke management, women’s health, elderly care, manual therapy, and KT taping.
Ms. Hafilah speaks English, Hindi, Malayalam and Arabic.
