She supports individuals presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns, including mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder; anxiety disorders including generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety, and specific phobias; obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD); personality disorders; adjustment-related difficulties; exam stress; stress and burnout; anger management difficulties; grief and bereavement-related concerns; and sleep difficulties including insomnia.

Ektha conducts comprehensive psychological and psychometric assessments for adults, including intelligence testing, personality assessment, neuropsychological assessment, and evaluation of emotional and psychological functioning. For children and adolescents, she provides assessment of cognitive (intelligence) and adaptive functioning, screening for neurodevelopmental disorders including Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and evaluation of academic performance and learning difficulties.
