Ektha conducts comprehensive psychological and psychometric assessments for adults, including intelligence testing, personality assessment, neuropsychological assessment, and evaluation of emotional and psychological functioning. For children and adolescents, she provides assessment of cognitive (intelligence) and adaptive functioning, screening for neurodevelopmental disorders including Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and evaluation of academic performance and learning difficulties.
Ektha provides evidence-based psychological interventions through an integrative therapeutic approach. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, relaxation techniques, and positive psychology interventions. She also provides family therapy and parent-skills training when clinically indicated, tailoring interventions based on the individual and family’s needs.
