Dr Yasser Alujile has more than 10 years of experience in gastroenterology and endoscopic procedures. As a gastroenterology consultant in Abu Dhabi, he specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of digestive disorders. Before joining NMC, he worked at Ammerland Hospital, one of the well-known medical centers in northern Germany, and a teaching hospital for the Hannover Medical School. As a trusted stomach and liver specialist in Abu Dhabi, Dr Yasser combines advanced diagnostic techniques with personalized treatment plans to manage a variety of gastrointestinal and liver disorders.

Dr Alujile pursued his postgraduate training first at the University Hospital Damascus before joining the Ammerland Hospital in Westerstede, Germany. He became certified by the German Board of Gastroenterology in 2019. He also worked as a gastroenterology consultant at Bad Salzungen Hospital, a teaching hospital of the University of Jena, Germany. Additionally, Dr Yasser received specialized training in the early detection of tumors in the gastrointestinal tract and resection techniques during his internship in Japan at the National Cancer Center in Tokyo and the University Hospital Tsukuba.

Recognized as one of the best gastroenterologists in Abu Dhabi, Dr Yasser’s main interests lie in treating hepatobiliary diseases, GERD, dyspepsia, ulcer diseases, irritable bowel syndrome, and inflammatory bowel disease. Being a digestive health specialist, he is experienced in endoscopic procedures, particularly in diagnostic and therapeutic gastroscopy and colonoscopy (including EMR, hemostasis, stent implantation, and dilation of strictures), ERCP, and endoscopic ultrasound with puncture, as well as the early diagnosis and resection of gastrointestinal tumors.
