Dr Vikash Bundela is a specialist in Gastroenterology and Hepatology with expertise in treating various gastrointestinal and liver diseases. At PGIMER Chandigarh, he received ample training under the stalwarts of gastroenterology and was exposed to a large number of patients with various gastrointestinal diseases. After completing his DM degree, he joined PGI, Rohtak as an assistant professor of gastroenterology for a few months, where he headed a state-level viral hepatitis treatment and prevention program. Before moving to the UAE, he worked as a consultant and Head of the Gastroenterology Department at a tertiary care high-volume private hospital in Haryana, India.
Dr Vikash is skilled in various endoscopic procedures, both diagnostic and therapeutic. These include esophago-gastroduodenoscopy, colonoscopy/sigmoidoscopy, enteroscopy, capsule endoscopy, ERCP (biliary and pancreatic interventions), EUS (both diagnostic and therapeutic), and Fibroscan.
