Dr. Tessy Augustine is a highly experienced paediatrician with over 16 years of clinical practice in leading tertiary care hospitals across India and the UAE. She completed her MBBS and postgraduate specialization in Paediatrics from Government Medical College, Calicut, India, one of the country’s most respected and premier medical institutions. She is also a proud member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, United Kingdom.
Dr. Tessy has worked in reputed healthcare institutions in Dubai, including Aster Hospital, Mediclinic Welcare Hospital, Mediclinic City Hospital, and Medcare Royal Specialty Hospital before joining NMC Specialty Hospital, Al Nahda. Her professional journey reflects a strong commitment to providing high-quality paediatric care and ensuring the well-being of children through evidence-based medical practice.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Tessy has been actively involved in teaching and mentoring medical students, junior doctors, and nurses. She served as adjunct faculty and examiner at Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dubai, contributing to the academic and professional development of future healthcare professionals.
