Dr. Ruqia Mushtaq is a highly skilled and experienced Female General Surgeon in Ras Al Khaimah, with over 14 years of expertise in the medical field. She completed her MBBS at Fatima Jinnah Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan, in 2010, followed by an FCPS from the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Pakistan.
