Paula Kavhuru is a dedicated physiotherapist with a strong background in delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care. Holding a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from St George’s University of London, Paula is passionate about driving positive patient outcomes through expert clinical reasoning, personalized rehabilitation plans, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
With experience spanning across various specialities—including neurology/neurosurgery, musculoskeletal (MSK), trauma, critical care, and accident and emergency —Paula brings a holistic approach to rehabilitation. Her professional journey has seen her in both junior and senior roles within the UK’s NHS system, notably at Barts Health NHS Trust and locum roles within some of the leading trusts in London including University College London Hospitals NHS Trust and Barking Havering and Redbridge NHS Trust.
Paula has successfully managed diverse caseloads, including complex neuro and poly-trauma cases, pre-operative and post-operative rehabilitation and return to sport injuries. She is known for her strong communication skills, which foster trust and engagement with patients and their families.
