Dr. Moustafa is a skilled Ophthalmologist specializing in glaucoma management and advanced surgical treatments. He has held the position of Head of the Glaucoma Department at Eye Surgical Hospital in Aleppo and has broad clinical experience in ophthalmic diagnosis and treatment.
He earned his master’s degree in Ophthalmology from Mansourah University, Egypt, completed his Syrian Board in Ophthalmology, and trained extensively at Kharkiv National Medical Academy, Ukraine. His clinical practice spans over several years, including specialist roles at Eye Surgical Hospital and Future Hospital in Aleppo.
He is an active participant and speaker at multiple ophthalmology conferences, including the Syrian Ophthalmological Society meetings and MEOM conferences in Dubai, where he also received hands-on wet lab training on MIGS.
