Dr. Alketbi obtained her MBBS degree from the UAE University in Al Ain in June 2013 with the highest score in her class. She completed a one-year internship (1st September 2013 - 31st August 2014) at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC), Abu Dhabi, UAE. Following this, she pursued a four-year Family Medicine Residency program at SKMC (1st September 2014 - 2018), ranking first in her class. She was appointed as the Chief Resident during her residency and was honored with the Best Intern Teacher Award for the year 2015-2016.

She holds triple board certifications in Family Medicine, securing the Jordanian Board (August 2018, ranked first), Arab Board (April 2019), and MRCGP International (June 2019). Additionally, she earned a Certified Medical Quality (CMQ) credential from the American Board of Medical Quality (ABMQ) in October 2017. She further enhanced her medical expertise by obtaining a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical & Health Education from the University of Manchester in February 2022. In August 2023, she completed the Upskilling Program in Mental Health at the Department of Health (DOH) Abu Dhabi, UAE.
