Dr Jibina Mohammed specializes in cataract surgery and has more than 10 years of experience. She completed her MBBS from Government Medical College, Thrissur, University of Calicut in 2013, She then received her residency and Clinical Master’s Degree in Ophthalmology (MS) from Kerala university of health science in 2017. She has completed a two-year long-term fellowship in Anterior Segment and Intraocular lens surgery at India’s prestigious Eye institute, Aravind Eye Hospital and Post Graduate Institute, Coimbatore. She is a fellow of International Council of Ophthalmology (FICO) UK and a Member of Royal college of Surgeons (MRCSed), Edinburg, UK. Dr Jibina has worked in various medical facilities in her home country including Ahalia eye hospital, Aravind Eye Institute, Coimbatore, and Badr Al Samaa Hospital, Oman.
She has performed more than 2000 cataract surgeries in the last two year. She is also a member of All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS), Kerala State Ophthalmic society (KSOS), Emirates Medical Association (EMA) and Emirates Ophthalmology Society (ESO)
