  • Proficient in difficult airway management, including fibreoptic techniques, submental intubation, and percutaneous tracheostomy.

Ultrasound & Interventional Skills

  • Expertise in ultrasound-guided central venous catheterization and regional anaesthesia blocks.
  • Highly skilled in interventional chronic pain management, including:
  • Fluoroscopy (C-arm) guided procedures: epidural steroid injections, facet joint interventions, medial branch RFA, SI joint injections, sympathetic blocks.

Ultrasound-guided procedures:

  • Peripheral nerve and plexus blocks, stellate ganglion block, TAP block, genicular nerve blocks, musculoskeletal and joint interventions.
  • Competence in cancer pain management with interventional and pharmacological strategies.
  • Platelet Rich plasma therapy and Botox injection

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Oversight of daily and monthly smooth functioning of multiple operating theatres.
  • Active role in ensuring high-quality standards in perioperative services and PACU.
  • Faculty and trainer in anaesthesia and pain management workshops.

Dr. Chauhan has served as a Clinical Associate Professor at Case Western Reserve University, USA, and as Associate Professor of Anaesthesiology at Subharti Medical College, Meerut.
