Dr Elshaymaa Abdelhai Mohamed Ali is a seasoned Specialist in Family Medicine with over 20 years of experience. Following her medical degree, Dr Elshaymaa began her career at Zagazig University Hospital and later worked at a Primary Health Centre, where she excelled as both a clinician and Unit Manager, handling clinical and administrative duties. Her work in Egypt also included significant contributions to child development, family planning, and welfare programs. Upon relocating to the UAE, Dr Elshaymaa joined NMC Royal Hospital, where she served in the Internal Medicine Department and Long-Term Care Unit for nearly 11 years.
