With over 20 years of experience in both General Paediatrics and Paediatric Hematology and Oncology in the UAE, Iraq, and Lebanon, she is dedicated to providing exceptional care for young patients. She is also widely recognised as a paediatric leukaemia specialist, a paediatric bone marrow disorder doctor, and a children’s hematology specialist in Sharjah for complex and rare blood and cancer conditions in children.

Dr. Arwa earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Baghdad University, Iraq. She then relocated to Lebanon, where she completed her M.D. in Paediatrics, a Fellowship in Paediatric Hematology and Oncology from the American University of Beirut, and an MSc in Healthcare Administration. She is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). Her training in pediatric hematology oncology was at the Children's Cancer Institute at the American University of Beirut (AUB), in affiliation with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, USA.

She is a Member of the Paediatric Oncology East and Mediterranean Group (POEM) and a Member of the Lebanese Order of Physicians. Dr. Arwa is also committed to enhancing Paediatric care through her involvement in healthcare quality initiatives and continuous education programs. To further support families in Sharjah and nearby regions, she continues to contribute to clinical excellence, patient safety, and advanced diagnostic and treatment pathways in paediatric hematology and oncology.
