Dr. Amirtha Gopalan is an accomplished Rheumatologist with a strong background in General Medicine. She completed her medical training from premier institutions of India and was the recipient of ‘Best Outgoing Medical Graduate’ in MBBS and DrNB and the prestigious ‘Presidents Gold Medal’ for Rheumatology in 2022. After her training, she worked as a faculty of Rheumatology in India for over 4 years honing her skills in diagnosis and management of complex rheumatological conditions including use of advanced immunomodulatory therapies. She has been involved actively in national and international research with multiple publications, book chapters and presentations in ACR, IRACON, APLAR etc.
Dr Amirtha Gopalan holds expertise in diagnosing and treating all forms of arthritis, connective tissue disorders, metabolic bone diseases and soft tissue rheumatic disorders.
