Dr. Wael has extensively trained in the largest university hospitals in the Middle East (Cairo University Hospitals - New Kasr Elaini Educational Hospitals) and one of the most prestigious hospitals (Al-Salam International Hospital - the largest private hospital in Egypt). His vast expertise as an Internal medicine doctor in Abu Dhabi makes him a trusted name in the field. Dr. Wael was working as a Consultant of Internal Medicine diseases in Egypt and is now known as an Expert physician in Abu Dhabi.
Dr. Wael documented his vision for a healthier Gulf in his book Non-Communicable Diseases Programme in the Gulf States, which was discussed at the MUSCAT CONFERENCE for NCD Initiatives in 5/2014. Before transferring to the UAE, he managed more than 20,000 cases in the Sultanate of Oman, solidifying his reputation as an Experienced internal medicine doctor.
