Dr Shadia Elnour Massad is a Paediatrics Specialist with almost 15 years of experience. She completed her MBBS from Gazira university, Sudan in 2003 followed by Masters in Paediatrics in 2009. Later she attained her Medical Doctorate in Paediatrics and Child Health in 2014. She completed her MRCPCH from Royal College of Paediatrics & Child Health in the year 2022.
Dr Shadia’s area of expertise include general paediatrics and child health, growth and development, vaccination, management of various allergies in paediatrics, follow up of acute and chronic paediatrics problems, management of respiratory and urinary tract infection and neurodevelopmental assessment. Before joining NMC, she was working various hospitals in UAE for the past 8 years.
She has been actively involved in academics and training of undergraduates and junior residents during her medical journey. She has attended many local, regional and international courses and conferences in UAE, South Africa and Ireland. She is certified with BLS, NRP and PALS.
