Dr. Shabir carries more than 10 years of advanced therapeutic endoscopy and clinical gastroenterology experience. His area of expertise lies in performing advanced endoscopic procedures like endoscopic ultrasound, guided FNA/FNBs, ERCP, and a wide spectrum of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures (biliary, luminal stenting).

His special area of interest lies in management of liver conditions such as fatty liver. He is highly skilled in managing pancreatic and biliary disease, IBD (Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis), IBS, liver diseases (fatty liver, Hepatitis B and C virus infections, autoimmune disorders), and the whole spectrum of GI bleeding and other emergencies.
