He has an excellent academic track-record demonstrated by standing first in the nephrology specialty entrance exam. He received gold medal in Nephrology for the year 2014 to 2017 from the University for the twin states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Prior to NMC Specialty Hospital Al Ain, Dr Palli worked as a Consultant Nephrologist at AIG (Asian Institute of Gastroenterology) Hospitals, Hyderabad, one the few hospitals with JCI (Joint Commission International) accreditation in India. He managed a busy OPD clinic, long term dialysis unit, continuous and prolonged renal replacement therapies like CRRT/PIRRT and managed several renal transplant patients with excellent outcomes. Dr Palli is experienced in diagnosing and managing kidney disease across the spectrum from the mildest to life-threatening illnesses.
