Dr. Payal has over 5 years of experience. She started her professional career from SSG hospital, Baroda which is a 1500-bedded government hospital where she was also involved in ISO accreditation of the lab. In the year 2010, she did her Internal Auditor course on NABL as per ISO 15189:2007. She joined Iranian Hospital, Dubai in 2014 where she was working as Specialist Microbiologist under supervision. In 2016, she joined NMC Hospital as Specialist Microbiologist and Head of Infection Control. She is also involved in antibiotic stewardship of the hospital. She has also achieved CBIC, USA in the year 2016.
She was honored with a letter of appreciation from the Health Minister, Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Gujarat, for excellent work done during the Swine flu Pandemic in Gujarat from the year 2009 to 2011.
