Dr. Pankaj N. Tardeja earned his MBBS in 2000 from Government Medical College, Yavatmal, under Amravati University in Maharashtra, India. He went on to complete his DCH at Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children in Mumbai in 2004 and received his DNB (Diplomate of the National Board of Examination) in 2007 from MBPT Mumbai. 

Over the course of his career, he has served as a Consultant and Specialist in Paediatrics and Neonatology at several well-known hospitals across India.

He specialises in the field of general paediatrics and neonatology with an overall clinical experience of 14 years dedicated towards the complete well- being of newborns and children. His experience covers all subspecialties of paediatrics medicine and neonatology.

Dr. Pankaj N. Tardeja has completed the Assessor Course for the third edition of the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH), including its Medical Imaging Services module. 

He is an active committee member of MAHAPEDICON and has additionally undertaken a hospital administration course conducted by the Quality Council of India (QCI).

He has consistently pursued professional development, completing numerous courses to keep his knowledge current. He holds certifications in PLAS, NRP and BLS from the American Heart Association. 

His additional training includes a diploma in Advanced Computing from CDAC, as well as specialised courses in Neonatal Ventilation, Paediatric Emergency Medicine and Childhood Disabilities Policies and Practices.

Dr. Pankaj has a deep interest in academic services and also completed a course in medical education technology at Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital.

He has also been a speaker in medical education workshops at various medical colleges in Navi Mumbai. 

During this period, he was also actively involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students as an Assistant Professor at a medical college and clinical specialist. 

Over the course of his career, he has served as a Consultant and Specialist in Paediatrics and Neonatology at several well-known hospitals across India.

Dr. Pankaj holds the professional membership of Indian Academy of Paediatrics (IAP), Indian Medical Association (IMA), Member of National Academy of Medical Science (MNAMS) (India), Navjat Shishu Surksha Karyakram (NSSK) and Adolescent Health Academy

He has published papers in renowned journals and has participated in various national and international medical conferences and seminars.
