Dr. Mohamed Naufal has over 21 years of progressively responsible experience in complex roles requiring exceptional competency in medical care, training, and clinical supervision.
He has developed extensive medical expertise through career experience that has included over 20 years in General Paediatrics, Neonatology, and Paediatric sub-specialties such as Respiratory Paediatrics, Paediatric Cardiology, and Paediatric Allergy & Asthma.
After graduating in medicine, he completed his residency training in various centres of excellence in England. He passed the Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH) in England and Fellowship (FRCPCH). He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Mother & Child Health from University College London and a Diploma in Allergy & Asthma (DAA) from Christian Medical College in Vellore, India.

- Provided medical care internationally at prominent clinics and hospitals to patients across the lifespan with special focus on Paediatric and Neonatal patients.
- Assessing and managing all common Paediatric emergencies such as Status Asthmaticus, Seizures, infectious diseases, and DKA, as well as routine problems such as growth & nutrition, food allergies.
- Performing point of care ultrasound, including Cranial ultrasonogram, Echocardiography, and ultrasound-guided vascular access.
- Trained and with expertise in managing extremely premature babies and a large selection of General surgical, neuro-surgical, and cardiac conditions.
- Multiple research studies, audits, and presentations. Noted trials include NEON, PIPs, PLANET 2, SIFT, and Neoclear. He has presented and published case reports through the REASON, JENS 2015, and BSPED 2015 Conferences.
- Has extensive experience in Clinical supervision; mentored and taught students, trainees, and doctors on Paediatric and neonatal issues, clinical skills, and basic life support.
He is currently the Programme Director for Medical Education.
