Dr. Fayaz Completed BDS (2003) as a best outgoing student and MDS (2006) in Prosthodontics from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
He has done fellowship in Implantology in 2009 from ICOI and Diploma in Implantology in 2011 from ICOI. He is also trained in Implantology through Mazicource, Asia from American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID).
Dr. Fayaz has worked as an Associate Professor in V. S. Dental College, Bangalore from 2006 to 2015. He was also consultant to Fortis Hospital, Bangalore (2010 to 2017)
