Dr.Maki Hamad has intensive training in the fields of anaesthesia, intensive care and pain medicine in France, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Before joining NMC, He worked as a Consultant Anaesthetist and senior lecturer in anaesthesia, with a special interest in obstetric anaesthesia and pain in various tertiary care hospitals in UAE & the U.K.
He received the International Healthcare Business Award in 2018 and the Gold Medal of SEHA Innovation and Transformation in 2018 for his exceptional work in enhancing recovery after the Caesarean Section in Mafraq Hospital, UAE.
Dr.Maki speaks English and Arabic.
