Dr. Maha has an overall 12 years experience in obstetrics and gynecology. Prior to joining to NMC royal hospital, she was working at NMC RMC alkarama. Dr. Maha started her medical practice in her home country as resident doctor in obstetrics and gynecology in Maternity University Hospital for 5 years, then practiced in almadina hospital as specialist OBS&GYN for 3 years. She continue her medical practice in Oman for 4 years as specialist OBS&GYN before shifting to UAE. Dr. Maha continued her medical practice in Al ain before joining NMC health care group.

She completed her Masters degree from Damascus University. Thereafter, She completed Arab Board in obstetrics and gynaecology and MRCOG. Dr. Maha pursued her postgraduate training in obstetrics & gynecology at Damascus university, Syria.

Dr. Maha, is areas of expertise include antenatal care and management of high risk pregnancy, recurrent miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy. Normal delivery, Cesarean section. Management of reproductive problems, hormonal disturbance and PCOS, Family planning and early gynecological cancer screening program.
