Dr Karan Gagneja worked as Consultant PICU at Surya Hospital, Jaipur and Indraprastha Apollo hospital, New Delhi for total of 5 years. He was working at Birmingham Children Hospital (NHS) for 2 years before moving to UAE. He also has vast experience in managing post liver transplant & post Bone marrow transplant patients in PICU. He had been formally trained in Paediatric critical care transport at KIDS, Birmingham. Later he completed his formal training in Quality Improvement in PICU under QIC team at West-Midlands, UK.
