Dr Jithin James has completed his MBBS from Calicut Medical College and MD in Internal Medicine from Kottayam Medical College, both in Kerala, India. He also acquired his DNB in Internal Medicine awarded by National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. After finishing his MD, he worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine, Kottayam Medical College, India. He completed DM Medical Gastroenterology from Calicut Medical College, Kerala, India, after acquiring his degree, he worked there as Assistant Professor.
Prior to joining NMC Specialty Hospital Al Ain, he worked as a Senior Specialist in the Department of Gastroenterology in reputable private hospitals in India. He also cleared the European Speciality Exam in Gastroenterology and Hepatology (ESEGH) in 2023.
