Dr. Eugene Rent has joined our unit as a Specialist in Surgical Oncology. A highly skilled cancer surgery specialist in Dubai, Dr. Rent brings 9 years of rich experience in treating various types of cancer. As a renowned oncology surgeon in Dubai, he is especially known for his expertise in complex cancer procedures, including breast cancer surgery, tumor removal, and gastrointestinal cancer surgery. He did his MBBS at KMC Mangalore, and after his post-graduation in Surgery, he moved to Mumbai to do his masters in Oncosurgery (Cancer Surgery) at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.
Dr. Eugene then started the surgical oncology department at A. J. Hospital Mangalore in 2015 and successfully treated over 1000 patients. He then relocated to Goa and joined the team at Manipal Hospital, where he worked for 4 years, treating 1500 patients.
In a career spanning 9 years, he has delivered over 100 talks to doctors and non-medical audiences regarding cancer and its developments. He has to date treated over 2500 patients with cancer.
