
Dr. Divya Ann Jacob completed MBBS from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Wardha, Maharashtra, India and did a one-year internship at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi in 2013. She then attended the ‘Structured Preceptorship Program’ and worked as a quality improvement coordinator at St Christopher’s Hospital for Children, Philadelphia in 2014. Following this, she completed a residency in Internal Medicine from N H L M Medical College, Ahmedabad, India in 2018.
She began her career working as a Senior Resident in Cardiology and Internal Medicine departments at the acclaimed St Johns Medical College, Bangalore, where she developed expertise in treating critically ill patients admitted to HDUs and COVID isolation wards. During this time (2018-2021), she was responsible for handling OPDs and inpatient admissions and being actively involved in teaching MBBS students and MD residents.
Dr. Divya can converse fluently in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada and Gujarati.
