She was earlier associated with Aster DM Healthcare and Burjeel Hospital in Dubai. As a highly regarded hematology specialist Abu Dhabi, Dr. Dhanya is well-versed in a broad spectrum of diagnostic techniques and laboratory services. Her expertise also extends to molecular diagnostics Abu Dhabi, with a focus on quality and precision in clinical testing. She is also a certified Internal Auditor, International Assessor, and Accreditation Consultant for ISO 15189:2012.
