Dr Dhanraju KM is a Medical Oncologist with over 10 years of experience.
He completed his MBBS from Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College, Kolar Karnataka, India followed by his MD (Internal Medicine) from MR Medical College, Gulbarga, Karnataka, India.
He then completed his DM (Medical Oncology) from the prestigious JIPMER (Institute of National Importance), Puducherry, India in 2015 and was awarded Gold Medal and best outgoing Resident.
He also has completed the certification in Medical Oncology by ECMO (European College of Medical Oncology).
Dr Dhanraju has worked as a Consultant Medical Oncologist in ADK Hospital, Maldives for a period of 3 years. He was the first oncologist in Maldives and was instrumental in starting oncological services and creating awareness among public by conducting various cancer screening camps across the country. He was also a governing member in starting Cancer registry in the country.
Subsequently Dr Dhanraju worked as consultant Medical Oncologist at the premier American Oncology Institute, Andhra Pradesh, India for a period of 4 years before joining NMC.
