After becoming board-certified, Dr. Binoy served as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Sree Gokulam Medical College, Kerala. During his tenure, he managed a 6-bedded Level-2 NICU and played an instrumental role in operating the institution’s Respiratory Clinic. In recognition of his expertise and contributions, he was inducted into the National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS) in 2011.

Dr. Binoy has made significant contributions to pediatrics through research and education. He has presented papers at the Indian Academy of Pediatrics and co-authored articles published in international medical journals. Additionally, he contributed to the "Pediatric Handbook for Sick Children," published by SAT Hospital at Trivandrum Medical College. He has also served as a Distance Education Faculty member for the University of Kerala, furthering his commitment to medical education.

Dr. Binoy has been a certified Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) provider since 2007, reflecting his dedication to staying at the forefront of pediatric emergency care.
