Ms. Lois Mathews is a DHA Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Dubai with 4 years of integrative clinical experience, specializing in trauma-informed psychotherapy. She holds a master’s in clinical psychology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, India, and a bachelor’s in psychology from Women’s Christian College, Chennai, India.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist from the Arizona Trauma Institute (USA), with training in CBT, ACT, DBT and attachment-based interventions, Ms. Lois Mathews is dedicated to providing individualized psychological treatment that promotes long-term healing and resilience. Her experience across diverse mental health settings in the UAE has shaped a culturally sensitive and inclusive therapeutic approach along with providing a non-judgemental space for expression.
