Dr. Amr Hajlawi is a highly skilled and experienced orthopaedic specialist with over a decade of expertise in various subspecialties, including trauma, paediatric deformities, and knee and hip arthroplasty. He holds an MD degree in Orthopaedic Surgery from Aleppo University, where he graduated with honours. Dr. Hajlawi also earned an MSc in Orthopaedic Surgery and the Syrian Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery in 2017. He combines clinical excellence with a passion for research and patient care.
Dr. Hajlawi received his M.B.B.S degree in 2011 and began his career in orthopaedic surgery as a resident in the same year at Aleppo University Hospital. He worked as an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Aleppo Private Hospital for over four years, delivering comprehensive care through advanced surgical techniques and meticulous patient follow-ups. He has also worked in ASTER DM clinics and hospitals in Dubai for more than two and a half years, performing surgeries at Aster Al Qusais, Aster Muhaisnah, and Medcare Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital.
